These Terms govern your use of the Astrion mobile application and related services operated by Hannibal Global. By using Astrion or our website, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Safety disclaimer

Astrion is intended to support supervised driving practice and record session information. It does not replace safe driving judgment, supervision requirements, or local laws. Do not interact with the app while driving except where it is safe and lawful to do so.

Content and reports

Reports and session data are provided “as is” and may be affected by device sensors, location availability, network conditions, and other factors. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and compliance requirements applicable to your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and billing (if enabled)

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed by the applicable app store. Refunds and billing disputes must be handled through the store, subject to their terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
