Account & Sign‑In
If you can’t sign in, confirm you’re using the same method you registered with (Email/Password, Google, Apple, Facebook). If you changed phones, sign in again with the same provider to restore access. -
Email Verification
Check spam/junk folders for verification emails. If the link expired, request a new verification email from within the app. -
Supervisor Linking & Invites
A supervisor can be linked by invite code or an invite link (deep link). If SMS delivery fails, use email invite as a fallback. -
Driving Sessions & Tracking
Location permission is required to track sessions. For full session tracking, enable Always/Allow all the time when prompted. If a session looks incomplete, confirm the phone had connectivity and location services enabled during the drive. -
Speed Limit & Speed Alerts
Speed and posted speed limit availability can vary by location and data sources. If you receive a speed warning, reduce speed and continue driving safely. -
Document Verification (Permit/License)
Use good lighting and ensure text is readable. Avoid glare and cropped edges. -
Subscriptions / Billing (Apple App Store / Google Play)
Purchases are managed by Apple/Google. For billing issues: iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If you’re subscribed but the app shows inactive, contact support with your purchase receipt details (Apple/Google transaction info).
