SMS (Text Messages)

What texts you may receive

If you choose to receive SMS, messages may include things like supervisor invites, verification or account-related notifications, and other service messages related to Astrion.

• Carrier delivery is not guaranteed

How to opt out of SMS

You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying:

• STOP — Opt out / stop receiving SMS messages

After you reply STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message.

How to opt back in

If you previously opted out and want to receive SMS again, reply:

• START — Re-subscribe (where supported)

If START does not work for your carrier, email us at support@hannibalglobal.com and we’ll help.

Email Messages

What emails you may receive

Emails may include account and product communications such as:

• Verification and account notices
• Supervisor invites (if you choose email delivery)
• Product updates (if you opt in)

How to unsubscribe from email

• If an email contains an Unsubscribe link, use it to stop receiving non‑essential emails.
• For account-critical messages (e.g., verification or security notices), you may still receive necessary service communications.

Push Notifications (Device Notifications)

Astrion may display in-app or device notifications depending on your settings. You can manage notifications in:
