I was inspired to begin my company by one of the greatest military commanders of all time, Hannibal and his compelling strategy to use war elephants to cross the Alps. Hannibal used creative thinking to use elephants to accomplish his mission. The key component of the Hannibal army was the 37 African elephants. He knew elephants were distinguished by their high level of intelligence, strong communications skills, complex behavior structure, loyalty, and their ability to resolve problems in critical situations. I am sure you could understand, why I would be fascinated by a leader, who found the solution to a difficult problem in an unexpected way and by the animals he used with impressive characteristics. This fascination led me to form Hannibal Global LLC, and the strength of my company lie within the similar creative thinking to produce modern engineering solutions for today’s technology challenges. My vision is to provide the best skill set available on the market to meet the needs of our clients.

After all everybody has a story to tell.” Hannibal inspired me to form my company, and I am ready to inspire young people, especially young women, to become engineers. I am currently working on two projects to accomplish this goal. Rise, focuses on encouraging girls to attend STEAM and allowing them to rise to their potential. My goal is to really just to get into their heads that engineering is about creativity, solving problems, and helping people and that all of those attributes are reachable for girls as well. “You see a girl, I see a future”. Women Empowering Women, focuses on coaching and mentoring women to make a difference in life, work and the world. Women Empowering Women and Rise are both designed to help develop the leaders and role models of the future.
